Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is my favourite dip…better than any you can buy in restaurants! I have many requests to bring this dip to potlucks and it’s a favourite at home, too.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

pepper

1 (15 oz) can of artichokes, drained and chopped

2 garlic, minced

250 g (1 package) cream cheese

3 cups fresh, chopped spinach

Instructions

Combine all ingredients using a mixer. Transfer to an oven proof dish and bake in a 325°F oven for 20 minutes or until spinach is soft and cheese is melted. Serve with Fresh is Best ® multi-coloured chips. Enjoy!
