Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is my favourite dip…better than any you can buy in restaurants! I have many requests to bring this dip to potlucks and it's a favourite at home, too.
Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • pepper
  • 1 15 oz can of artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 2 garlic minced
  • 250 g 1 package cream cheese
  • 3 cups fresh chopped spinach

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients using a mixer. Transfer to an oven proof dish and bake in a 325°F oven for 20 minutes or until spinach is soft and cheese is melted. Serve with Fresh is Best ® multi-coloured chips. Enjoy!
